Having started his career at Mirabelle in London, Chris has gone on to carve himself a ridiculously impressive career progression. Being part of the opening team at Nobu Berkeley, Chris and the team gained a Michelin star in just six months; from here he became the Senior Sous Chef at David Thompson's Nahm, at the time the Worlds only Michelin starred Thai restaurant at The Halkin Hotel, then to Zuma as Senior Sous Chef, Galoupet as Head Chef, Apero restaurant at The Ampersand Hotel and then onto executive Chef roles at a few other projects before taking the highly coveted Head Chef position at Dinings TLV at The Norman Hotel in Tel Aviv.
Chris is a chef of encyclopedic knowledge and due to his carefully selected career, one with a full spectrum of varying influences that all play a part in this man’s profoundly wonderful cooking #chicamalondon
