With a strong focus on sustainably and its impact upon the environment, Mitshel approaches classic Italian cuisine with a refreshing new insight and displays, with sheer finesse, how dishes can be entirely delicious and not affect the ecosystems from which the required ingredients are sourced.  This is incredible cooking by a forward thinking chef who is turning all the right sort of heads in all the right sort of kitchens; expect brilliance.

Mitshel was born in Milan and grew up spending most of his spare time helping out at his parents' restaurant. At nineteen he made the move to London, where he soon found himself working back in kitchens, to study at Queen Mary's University. After graduating in Environmental Science, he made the decision to carry on cooking, utilising the knowledge he had gained from his studies with regards to sustainability and respect for the environment. Mitshel has since go on to work for some of London's more notable kitchens, including those at Koya, The Dairy and The Clove Club. He is currently Head Chef at independent restaurant and wine bar Ombra. He has been running the show for two of its most successful years and managed to gain the restaurant a plentiful supply of column inches in the press by means of the notorious Parmesan scandal

We advise booking well in advance to avoid any sense of disappointment as tickets for this event will fly faster than an anchovy-covered cannonball from a twelve-pound cannon. For any further information or dietary requirements, please contact us directly at
