This month at Chef’s Table we are delighted to have John Chantarasak taking the helm. John has twice been shortlisted for the coveted Young British Foodies ‘Chef of the Year’ award and he’ll be bringing his signature Anglo–Thai cuisine to tantalize guests taste buds.

One seating only, 12 spaces available each on 20th and 21st of March at our sharing table, £55 per person (wine paring available for £35 per person). Tickets to this event will prove hotter than a birdseye chilli! We thus advise purchasing them early to avoid disappointment. Yes, please

John is of half-Thai heritage and while living in Thailand, he landed himself a place working for Thai food authority David Thompson, at his highly acclaimed and Michelin starred Bangkok restaurant, Nahm. On John’s returned to London he was recruited by som saa Head Chef and founder Andy Oliver, another disciple of David Thompson, to help with the pop up opening of som saa at Climpson’s Arch, one of London’s most recognised and praised restaurant pop ups. John has been with Som Saa ever since, now working at their two year old bricks and mortar restaurant site in Spitalfields.

He is certainly a rising star of London’s burgeoning culinary scene and we are extremely proud to welcome him to Chef’s Table on March 20th and 21st.
