GUEST CHEF TAKU SEKINE FROM PARIS COOKING AT CHICAMA #popup
On Sunday the 25th and Monday 26th of November, we are proud to announce that the highly revered chef Taku Sekine will be jetting over from Paris to run the pass at Chicama and has created three of his signature dishes, which will be available to guests alongside all of the usual Chicama favourites.
Originally hailing from Tokyo, Taku is set to open the highly anticipated Cheval d’or in Paris this Christmas. He has worked alongside culinary legends Alaine Ducasse and Helen Darozze and has been the man behind the stoves of the hottest restaurants in Paris for the previous five years.
